Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

During 4-th year (after autumn term) you have to pass practical training on Obstetrics (PRACTICA),

from January 18, 2027 to January 30, 2027.

What is needed to pass practical training and to get test on practical training?

You have to order documents.

• In November-December, Group Leaders or maybe all students will receive email reminding you that you need to fill in practical training documents.

• You need to download a set of documents (ZIP archive):

        set of documents on practical training - General Medicine
  

• Then students pass practical training and fill in all documents including portfolio report.

• Portfolio report should be attached to the student's portfolio. Then a screenshot should be made. It should be then printed and added to a set of documents.

• IMPORTANT! There is no need to sign documents in clinics!

• Group Leaders accept all documents from students of the group and bring them at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Required documents must be submitted within ONE week after the end of practical training.

  Just Groups Leaders will be appointed to the Department.

  Again! Sets of practical training documents will be accepted exclusively form Groups Leaders!
  

• Students who bring all documents, properly and accurately completed, will receive an excellent grade on practical test.

• Students who DO NOT bring all documents, properly and accurately completed, will NEVER get an excellent grade on practical test.

• In February, days for test on practical training will be determined.
